Nearly Naked in the Convention Hall

I have racked my brain, and I just cannot find any explanation for what this hot little girlie is doing in this photo.  We can see that she is braless, unless you consider the tape she has strategically placed on her nipples some form of rudimentary bra.  We can see that she has slung her purse onto the ledge above her head, where she hopefully not forget it as she departs in a hurry with security guards on her tail.  We can see that she has a very empty cup of ice beside her (and can assume said cup was very fully indeed of some type of powerful elixir which banished all inhibitions).  And we can see she is spreading her legs for all the handsome photographers who wish to snap juicy photos.  Any ideas guys?
